We have 30 days returns policy.


MyBigBuys is committed to satisfy customer’s utmost on materials, fabrics, service etc.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Please send us an email or call +919094504542 to get return authorization number and you can return your material / fabric / product with your paid service to our give mail order address.


None of the company wants bear the loss of customer damages, so when you return the product, you have to ensure that products are returned in a saleable condition with the original tags (without open or tear cover) and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.


Refund / replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by MyBigBuy Team.


Some promotional offers may not applicable 30 Day Returns Policy.


Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required, so ensure that you have given right size while you order.


Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge (incurred while we sending parcel to your) would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charge.  So we deduct these charges when we refund your money or replacing with a new material.


How long will the return process take?

The return process take depends on your return parcel received date but normally we take 7 to 15 working days after receiving your parcel.

I have returned the product with my own shipping charges do I get back the shipping charges?

All returned and cancelled order shipping charges borne by customer.  These charges will not be included or returned while we refund your money.


What all categories not included in 30days returns policy?

MyBigBuys 30 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Custom Stitching, Make to Order, all Inner wear, Lingerie, Swim suits and Socks.


Products mistakenly shipped what do I need to do?

If product mistakenly shipped or wrong size sent to you then will bear the shipping cost and will send you original product ordered.

What do I do if product received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item?

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency (exception to worldwide delivery).   In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Please email us on or call +919094504542 to make a complaint and all complains should be received within 24 hours of receiving parcel.


Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the


DO NOT send /return any product, before receiving confirmation from MyBigBuys for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, MyBigBuys does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

All defective products being returned to MyBigBuys shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION to be sent our MyBigBuys address by customer. will revert back to you within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation.


When customer return the products to MyBigBuys, if any lost or transit damages by unknown  will be sole borne by customers.
